Program Manager to $1400

QOVES is a cutting-edge biomedical startup dedicated to transforming cosmetic consultations through innovative, AI-powered software. We're VC funded and are looking for only the most ambitious people to join our small, efficient team.

We develop tools that predict post-surgery appearances and assist in clinical decision-making, aiming to streamline and enhance the patient experience in cosmetic clinics.

Why Qoves?

  • Contribute to a fast-growing startup leading the aesthetics and AI industry.
  • Work with an ambitious, multinational team at the intersection of beauty, health, and technology.
  • Gain hands-on experience in program management, cross-functional collaboration, and process design.
  • Real opportunities for career progression and leadership in a high-growth environment.
  • A culture that values intelligence, creativity, and adaptability: we are looking for someone with strong problem-solving ability.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to coordinate and oversee projects across both technical and non-technical teams. This role is central to ensuring that company policies are followed, progress is tracked, risks are identified, and communication between engineering and executive leadership remains clear and effective.

Responsibility

  • Audit and manage internal company policy compliance across both technical engineering and non-technical teams.
  • Leverage basic technical knowledge (Python for backend, Node.js for frontend) to understand time allocation, deadlines, and program requirements.
  • Track milestones and technical dependencies; when bottlenecks occur (e.g., DevOps delays), follow incident reporting guidelines, resolve issues, and escalate to CTO/CEO or Head of Operations as needed.
  • Create and deliver progress reports on engineering output for the Executive team (CEO/CTO).
  • Follow up with technical and non-technical team members to identify gaps in tools or processes (e.g., lack of familiarity with Notion, Linear, Jira, Trello).
  • Identify operational risks early and report them to senior executives (COO, Head of Operations).
  • Ensure organizational discipline: use Notion to maintain clean, well-formatted documentation across the company, and establish conventions for others to follow in tracking tasks and policies.
  • Create standardized processes, identify process gaps, and implement improvements across teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Operations Lead.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills; detail-oriented and disciplined.
  • Familiarity with Python and Node.js (not to code, but to understand technical timelines and dependencies).
  • Experience with Notion and other project management tools (Jira, Trello, Linear).
  • Ability to produce clear, executive-level reports on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Experience creating standardized processes and driving adoption across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
