At Fourmeta, a Project Manager is much more than a task coordinator — it’s a leadership role that drives projects forward and builds trust between clients and the team. A PM translates ideas into working digital products that solve real business challenges. Acting as a bridge between design, development, and the client, the PM ensures smooth communication and delivery at every stage.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

Project ownership:

• Shape weekly and sprint plans.
• Organize priorities in Jira/Notion and keep deadlines under control.
• Anticipate risks and remove blockers before they affect delivery.

Client communication:

• Be the first point of contact for international clients.
• Collect and clarify requirements, run demos, and present results.
• Turn feedback into actionable improvements.

Team management:

• Assign tasks to designers, developers, and QA engineers.
• Keep motivation and focus high with regular check-ins.
• Balance workloads to make sure the team runs smoothly.

Documentation & reporting:

• Maintain specs and technical notes.
• Track key project metrics (velocity, burn-down, SLA).
• Provide structured weekly and monthly updates to leadership.

Discovery & delivery:

• Support backlog creation with the product team.

• Help estimate effort and align scope with design and engineering.

• Ability to write BRDs/PRDs and break features into smaller deliverables.
