UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Middle–Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong visual style and a product mindset. Someone who can combine polished, modern interfaces, clear logic, and empathy to create digital experiences that not only look great but also drive engagement and business outcomes.

You should be curious about user psychology, able to form and test hypotheses, and use these insights to design products that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and emotionally engaging. We’re looking for someone motivated, fast, and full of initiative. You’ll shape products that are a joy to use while working directly with clients and our team.

This is a full-time position. You can work fully remote, or join us at our offices in Lviv, Ukraine or Wrocław, Poland.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicating directly with clients in English to understand needs and share ideas.
• Translating client requirements into clear design solutions.
• Designing intuitive, elegant, and visually strong interfaces with high attention to detail.
• Building end-to-end experiences: from UX architecture and flows to high-fidelity UI and final delivery for development.
• Quickly forming and testing hypotheses, using metrics and feedback to guide decisions.
• Creating experiences that build trust and emotional connection through tone, visuals, and interactions.
• Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and marketers to align design with technical and business context.
• Supporting usability testing and analyzing user behavior (via analytics, recordings, interviews).
• Maintaining consistency and scalability via design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborating with developers for smooth design-to-build handoff.
  
   

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Strong visual taste and the ability to create design that conveys emotions.
• Portfolio showing excellence in both UI (visuals, layout, systems) and UX (flows, logic, interactions).
• Advanced skills in Figma (design systems, prototyping, handoff).
• Understanding of metrics, funnels, and feedback loops as inputs to design decisions (not required to be an expert, but able to work with them).
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and human-centered design principles.
• English level B2+ (comfortable communicating directly with international clients and team members).
