Requirements:

• Higher education in Economics / Finance;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Strong knowledge of management accounting;
• Good understanding of accounting and reporting requirements across different jurisdictions (Canada, UAE, USA – will be an advantage);
• Confident user of QuickBooks, 1C, MS Excel;
• English proficiency – not lower than Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain internal accounting records in 1C;
• Collect, process, and enter financial data into QuickBooks;
• Analyze information from bank accounts and operating systems;
• Communicate with different company departments regarding financial indicators;
• Monitor payment terms;
• Control account balances;
• Assist in preparing the company’s payment calendar;
• Execute payments via international banks and various payment systems;
• Provide bank and payment system statements for other users.
