Strong Junior HR Generalist

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in HR (preferably in an IT company);
  • Experience in the recruitment process: sourcing candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, job boards), conducting interviews;
  • Understanding of the IT job market;
  • Experience with HRM systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Intermediate or higher level of English.

Nice to have:

  • Completed courses in HR/recruiting in the IT industry.

 

Responsibilities:

HR processes:

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Organize and conduct full-cycle performance reviews;
  • Prepare and maintain HR analytics;
  • Participate in generating ideas for celebrations, holidays, and corporate events, and assist in organizing them.

Recruiting:

  • Create job descriptions based on teams’ needs and company culture;
  • Actively source candidates (LinkedIn, Djinni);
  • Conduct interviews and build strong pipelines;
  • Track interview results and candidate profiles in the company’s internal database;
  • Close vacancies with relevant candidates in the shortest possible time;
  • Collect and analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics;
  • Support initiatives to strengthen the company’s HR brand.
