Strong Junior HR Generalist
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in HR (preferably in an IT company);
- Experience in the recruitment process: sourcing candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, job boards), conducting interviews;
- Understanding of the IT job market;
- Experience with HRM systems;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
Nice to have:
- Completed courses in HR/recruiting in the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
HR processes:
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Organize and conduct full-cycle performance reviews;
- Prepare and maintain HR analytics;
- Participate in generating ideas for celebrations, holidays, and corporate events, and assist in organizing them.
Recruiting:
- Create job descriptions based on teams’ needs and company culture;
- Actively source candidates (LinkedIn, Djinni);
- Conduct interviews and build strong pipelines;
- Track interview results and candidate profiles in the company’s internal database;
- Close vacancies with relevant candidates in the shortest possible time;
- Collect and analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics;
- Support initiatives to strengthen the company’s HR brand.
