Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the future of our B2C subscription business. This role is perfect for a product leader who combines strong product instincts, technical fluency, and the ability to influence across teams. You’ll own the product vision, UX outcomes, and experimentation roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver customer-loved features that fuel growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for subscriptions.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery: discovery, launch, iteration.
  • Optimize user flows, funnels, and conversion points.
  • Act as Product Owner for a cross-functional sprint team.
  • Drive a culture of A/B testing and data-informed decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs (LTV, churn, retention, activation) and identify growth levers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in product management, ideally in B2C subscriptions/eCommerce/consumer tech.
  • Proven success delivering impactful digital products in agile teams.
  • Strong experience with experimentation and analytics (Optimizely, GA4, Mixpanel).
  • Hands-on with customer research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with subscription engines, payment systems, and modern tech stacks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
