What you will be doing:

• Сollaborate to enhance business processes by gathering and analyzing data to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for existing and future business initiatives.
• Conduct plan versus actual analyses to assess business performance.
• Communicate effectively with product teams and management to align on future financial strategies.
• Contribute to month-end closing processes and assist in preparing detailed financial and management reports.
• Perform analytics and managerial accounting to evaluate team effectiveness.
• Calculate and analyze key business indicators to track performance trends.

What do you need to join us:

• 1–2 years of work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, modelling, and analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
• Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
