Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to help us shape the future of healthcare.

How you’ll contribute to our growth:

  • Represent the company at international conferences and roadshows in the USA (up to 10 business trips per year) — building new connections and driving partnerships will be your primary responsibility;
  • Develop strong business relationships with potential clients and convert networking opportunities into cooperation;
  • Test and implement new approaches to client acquisition, bringing fresh ideas to our sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within an outsourcing/outstaffing company;
  • At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience;
  • Track record of successfully participating in conferences and roadshows in the USA;
  • Willingness and ability to travel and attend international events;
  • Possess a valid US visa;
  • Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written).
