Product Manager — Vision, Roadmap, Delivery

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive product growth and business impact. You’ll own the vision, roadmap, and delivery discipline — ensuring measurable outcomes on adoption, NPS/CSAT, and ARR/NRR. This is a high-impact role with autonomy and a clear growth path to Head of Product.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Define and communicate product strategy; keep roadmap and release plans on track.
  • Balance business and technical priorities; finalize scope and release dates.
  • Translate customer insights into clear PRDs/BRDs, logic flows, and prototypes with Design.
  • Define functional requirements (product features, user flows, customer scenarios).
  • Define non-functional requirements (system logic, performance, security, scalability, reliability, etc.).
  • Run discovery: customer interviews, hypotheses, experiments, and solution validation.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and CS.
  • Track and analyze key product metrics (adoption, TTFV, NPS/CSAT, ARR/NRR impact).
  • Lead updates, demos, and post-release reviews to ensure accountability and impact.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in Product Management (B2B or B2B2C) with live product releases delivering measurable results.
  • Strong skills in roadmap ownership, scope control, PRD/BRD, and prioritization (RICE/ICE).
  • Hands-on with customer discovery and post-release impact analysis.
  • Comfortable with analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel/GA4/BI) and UX workflows (Figma, prototypes).
  • Fluent Ukrainian, strong English (B2+).

 

Nice to Have

  • SaaS/subscription experience with ARR/NRR impact.
  • Beta/GA launches, sales enablement, external demos.
  • Background in design, engineering, or data.
