Team Lead Project Manager

PIN-UP.TRAFFIC is a group of companies within the PIN-UP Global that provides quality, payback traffic to customer products and services in markets where they have a presence. It has been operating since 2016 under the flagship project of the group of companies – the PIN-UP Partners partnership program.  

We are looking for an Team Lead Project Manager to join our team!

Requirements:
- 5+ years in project management, 2+ years in leadership roles within high-load digital/marketing environments;
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end process setup in large-scale departments: from research and tool approval to integration and ongoing support;
- Strong grasp of metrics and analytics: able to identify bottlenecks and growth points — and know how to act on them;
- AI-first mindset: integrating LLM bots, AI agents, and generative tools into workflows;
- Jira as a comfort zone: custom workflows, automations, dashboards, SLA management;
- Notion / Asana / ClickUp — architect of aesthetic environments where every board is a symphony of logic, automation, and integrations;
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation (n8n, Make, Zapier): building integrations between task trackers, analytics, BI systems, and Slack;
- GTD maestro: structure, focus, rhythm;
- English: confident in leading syncs, creating artifacts, and catching jokes across four continents.

Will be plus:

- Experience in iGaming / Gambling / Betting with an understanding of compliance specifics and marketing restrictions;
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics;
- Experience in building and working with BI dashboards (Tableau, Sheets) for marketing analytics;
- Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSPO;
- Experience working with large cross-cultural system teams;
- Vibe Coding.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 PMs: regular 1:1s, mentoring, developing soft/hard skills, and fostering our values and culture;
- Set up and implement AI agents and custom bots to eliminate monkey work, improve rhythm, focus, and team outcomes;
- Facilitate team dynamics and synchronize priorities with the Head of SMM;
- Create artifacts: SOPs, guides, checklists;
- Plan and balance resources (capacity planning);
- Build an OKR-tracking system: meetings, milestones, cascading, automations - goals stay on track;
- Analyze performance and prepare reports together with the team;
- Manage stakeholder communication: everyone is aligned, informed, and nothing gets lost.
