Business Analyst (Cloud CRM Solutions)

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in cloud software or CRM environments.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication skills and strong written command of English.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with experience in working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with AI/ML-based CRM automation or integration projects is an advantage.

   

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including clients, sales, and internal teams.
• Document workflows, prepare detailed specifications, and write clear user stories.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and architects to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Support backlog grooming and feature prioritization in alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support product and business strategies.
• Facilitate testing and validation of product features before release.
• Provide ongoing analysis of product performance and prepare analytical reports.

• Ensure all deliverables meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.
