Junior Product Analyst

About the Project:

We are building a next-gen platform for launching modern casino products. Our focus is on engaging gameplay, rewarding mechanics, smooth UX, and full legal compliance. The product is web-first with a mobile-friendly interface, scalable cloud infrastructure, and integrated payment systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret product data to uncover trends and actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and product KPIs for stakeholders
• Support the product discovery process with data-driven input
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define success metrics and evaluate feature performance
• Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses
• Provide recommendations to improve user experience, monetization, and retention
• Work with developers and data engineers to ensure accurate tracking and event design
• Assist legal and compliance teams with data requests as needed

Requirements:

Experience:

• 1+ year as a Product Analyst (Junior+ level)

Tech Stack / Tools:

• SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL / BigQuery)
• Amplitude
• Tableau / Power BI / Looker
• •ira, Confluence
• Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level)

Skills:

• • Solid knowledge of product analytics frameworks
• • Practical experience with Amplitude
• Confident SQL skills: querying, reporting, optimization
• Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard creation
• Understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical significance
• Familiarity with user behavior analysis (funnels, retention, monetization metrics)
• Experience with web and mobile products
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience implementing Amplitude or other analytics tools from scratch
• Background in gaming, casino, or entertainment products
• Understanding of product growth metrics (LTV, CAC, ARPU, churn)
