Recruiter to $1000
Our client – a Kyiv-based group of companies in the construction business – is looking for a Recruiter to expand their team.
They are open to starting cooperation with a recruiter’s core responsibilities, but if you also see yourself as an HR ambassador of the company, it will be a strong advantage.
Working conditions:
- Office near Nyvky metro station (will be good to see you at office couple times by year).
- Schedule: 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00, Mon–Fri.
- Competitive salary with timely payments twice a month.
- 2-month probation period.

Responsibilities: - Search and selection of candidates.
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates’ fit for requirements.
- Supporting new hires during the onboarding/trial period.
- Maintaining candidate database and recruitment statistics.
- Preparing reports on recruitment processes.
- Assisting with internal communications in the company.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in HR, including at least 1 year in recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing methods.
- Proven experience in conducting interviews.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace; experience with ATS is a plus.
- Initiative, technical literacy, and ability to work in a digital environment.
- Result-oriented mindset and willingness to grow with the team.
