Recruiter to $1000

Our client – a Kyiv-based group of companies in the construction business – is looking for a Recruiter to expand their team.
They are open to starting cooperation with a recruiter’s core responsibilities, but if you also see yourself as an HR ambassador of the company, it will be a strong advantage.


Working conditions:

  • Office near Nyvky metro station (will be good to see you at office couple times by year).
  • Schedule: 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00, Mon–Fri.
  • Competitive salary with timely payments twice a month.
  • 2-month probation period.

    Responsibilities:
  • Search and selection of candidates.
  • Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates’ fit for requirements.
  • Supporting new hires during the onboarding/trial period.
  • Maintaining candidate database and recruitment statistics.
  • Preparing reports on recruitment processes.
  • Assisting with internal communications in the company.

    Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, including at least 1 year in recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing methods.
  • Proven experience in conducting interviews.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace; experience with ATS is a plus.
  • Initiative, technical literacy, and ability to work in a digital environment.
  • Result-oriented mindset and willingness to grow with the team.
