Marketing Designer to $900

What you’ll do

• Create ad creatives: Design static and motion banners for Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and more.
• Research competitors: Find fresh ideas and new creative concepts.
• Collaborate: Work closely with designers and marketers to build integrated ad campaigns.
• Innovate: Test AI tools, plugins, and create templates to make workflows faster and smarter.

What we’re looking for

• Creative mindset + strategic thinking (experience in performance marketing is a big plus).
• Confident with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design.
• Strong sense of composition, typography, and color.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to take projects from idea to delivery.
