HR & Recruitment Specialist (Part-Time)

 

We are looking for a motivated HR & IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (approx. 20 hours/week). The role focuses on managing recruitment end-to-end, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting HR operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full hiring process: drafting job descriptions, posting positions, screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating next steps.
  • Actively source and recruit candidates for high-profile and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline for current and future positions and establishing connections with potential candidates.
  • Support general HR tasks (contracts, onboarding, maintaining employee records, employee engagement initiatives, etc.).

     

Requirements:

  • Fluent/advanced English (both written and spoken).
  • Ukrainian language โ€“ required.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment and/or HR roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience with professional networks and job platforms.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
