Now we’re ready to scale, and we’re looking for someone who goes beyond traditional sales — a motivated professional who understands digital products, spots client needs before they’re voiced, and builds long-term relationships that drive real growth.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search, identify, and qualify new B2B leads (LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email, direct outreach — wherever clients are)
• Confidently present our services and case studies (web development, SEO, online advertising)
• Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
• Work with CRM systems and other lead sources
• Collaborate with the internal team to craft compelling offers that convert
• Help build consistent, repeatable systems for client acquisition
• Achieve sales targets and report progress

Requirements

• Strong B2B communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Other languages (Ukrainian, Romanian, Russian, etc.) are a plus
• Experience in agency sales, digital products, or client management
• Strategic, structured approach to sales — not just “trial and error”
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with CRM tools
• Understanding of digital services and market trends
