We’re looking for a Head of Delivery to align our PM, Design, Art, and Development teams and guarantee smooth, high-quality project delivery.


Team: PM Lead, Head of Design, Head of Art, Head of Engineering
Our services: UI/UX design, Brand Design, Graphic & Motion Design, Web & Mobile Development

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in delivery leadership within an agency, consultancy, or IT services environment
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end design and development workflows
  • Hands-on experience tracking and improving key delivery metrics 
  • Experience in setting and maintaining delivery standards
  • Experience in pre-sales engagement
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional delivery teams
  • Strong client-facing communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and the ability to adapt processes pragmatically
  • Advanced English level
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience scaling delivery operations


Responsibilities:

  • Delivery & Quality Management
    • Establish and uphold delivery standards across all projects, including processes, tools, and clear Definitions of Done
    • Safeguard the quality of work across design, development, and project management teams
    • Ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with agreed scope
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits of deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks
       
  • Cross-Department Coordination
    • Align design, development, and PM teams around shared goals and outcomes
    • Remove bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and address resourcing challenges
    • Oversee workload balancing and resource planning across multiple teams and projects
       
  • Client Partnership & Success
    • Serve as the primary escalation point for any delivery or quality concerns
    • Maintain and exceed client expectations through transparent communication and reliable execution
    • Work closely with Account Management to build strong client relationships and support account growth
       
  • Pre-Sales & Project Scoping
    • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development on RFP reviews, client briefs, and requirements gathering
    • Lead project scoping, estimation, and resource planning during the pre-sales phase
    • Represent delivery on pre-sale calls, ensuring commitments are realistic and achievable
    • Contribute to proposals and pitch decks, including process outlines, timelines, and team structures
       
  • Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement
    • Drive ongoing process optimization to improve speed, quality, and scalability
    • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across all delivery teams
