Project Manager for blockchain and crypro projects

Our client is a financial technology services provider dedicated to expanding global access to digital assets by building innovative solutions in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Products provide exchanges, liquidity solutions, and enterprise-grade integrations for clients worldwide.

We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead the implementation of cutting-edge crypto solutions. In this role, you will be the bridge between our engineering and client-facing teams, driving complex enterprise-level projects from concept to completion. You will thrive on solving new challenges, managing ambiguity, and translating complex needs into clear, actionable plans.

What You'll Do

You'll be a key player in our project lifecycle, using a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Project Leadership: Gather business and technical requirements, break them down into actionable deliverables for cross-functional teams, and manage projects from end to end. You'll lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, engineering, and QA teams to prioritize backlogs and ensure on-time feature releases. You'll also serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, tailoring communication to their needs and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Process Improvement: Develop and maintain project timelines aligned with our product roadmap, streamline implementation processes to boost efficiency, and balance project structure with minimal administrative overhead. You'll use tools like Asana to organize and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• Experience: 2+ years of client-facing software project management experience is preferred.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Bonus: Experience working in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency environments.
