Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join EvaCodes team and drive the technical vision of complex projects. In this role, you will lead the development team, ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, and collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong technical background and leadership experience in software development, particularly in Web3, blockchain, tokenization, and DeFi projects.

Responsibilities

•  Lead and mentor a development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high-quality code.
• Define technical architecture feature design) and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient system design, including DeFi protocols, tokenization platforms, and smart contracts.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions (WBS) for tokenized assets, staking, lending, DEXs, and DeFi protocols.
• Oversee code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices in blockchain and Web3 development.
• Manage project delivery, track progress, and ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance productivity, product quality, and blockchain/DeFi capabilities.
• Provide guidance on integrating token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-1400, ERC-4626), cross-chain solutions, Layer-2 networks, and DeFi protocols.
  
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, including backend and full-stack projects.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing development teams and complex projects.
• Proven hands-on experience in blockchain/Web3, including smart contracts and decentralized applications.
• Solid understanding of system design, architecture patterns, algorithms, and scalability principles.
• Proficiency with API design (REST/GraphQL), databases (SQL and NoSQL), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with security best practices for smart contracts (reentrancy, flash loan attacks, audits).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and distributed teams.
• Experience with wallet integrations, oracle services, Layer-2 solutions, and cross-chain bridging is a plus.
• Experience with EVM-compatible  L1 networks like Hyperledger (Besu), Remix,Truffle, etc is a plus
