Senior Python Developer

We are building and scaling a digital health platform that merges behavior science, coaching, AI, and when appropriate, medical guidance to help users make sustainable lifestyle changes. The product addresses global users and emphasizes long-term habit change alongside optional clinical support. Noom: Lose weight and keep it off.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services using Python.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable code with emphasis on performance.
• Work with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Integrate with external APIs and internal microservices.
• Collaborate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, ensure code quality.
• Engage with DevOps/Infrastructure for deployment pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and possibly cloud services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Python in production.
• Proficiency in one or more web/backend frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI).
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with microservice architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent debugging, optimization, and system design skills.
• English language level B2+ for technical communication.
