Deputy COO

We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the positions of Deputy COO.

What you need to do:
- Assisting COO in ensuring smooth daily operations of the company.
- Coordinating cross-department processes.
- Managing operational KPIs and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Optimizing workflows and cost efficiency.
- Taking responsibility for selected operational directions (product launches, regional expansion, payment solutions, compliance).
- Preparing analytical reports for COO and management board.
- Representing the company at industry events and in negotiations.
- Acting as COO’s substitute when needed.
What hard skills do you need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in Gambling/iGaming.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one operational direction (Product, Marketing & Acquisition Operations, CRM & Retention, Regional Operations, Customer Support & Service Operations etc.)
- Understanding of iGaming product structure and customer lifecycle.
- Experience working with KPIs, budgets, BI, and analytics.
- Upper-Intermediate English, additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
