Product Manager / Product Owner for internal products

Dynamica Labs (Microsoft Gold Partner) is looking for an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of managing and delivering B2B products that have reached a vast user base while maintaining cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products that meet the specific needs of Small and Medium Corporations.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a B2B environment.

- Demonstrated success in launching products that serve a large number of users and are cost-effective.

- Experience with Small and Medium Corporation solutions is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Proficient in product management tools and methodologies.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities in line with our strategic goals and customer needs.

- Lead the planning and product development lifecycle of B2B solutions, ensuring products are scalable, adaptable, and profitable.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the market demands, potential customer pain points, and the competitive landscape.

- Prioritize product features and capabilities based on business impact and customer value.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market.

- Develop and implement product pricing strategies to ensure affordability for a massive user base while maintaining profitability.

- Measure product performance and use data to drive continuous improvement.

- Act as the primary liaison between customers, business stakeholders, and the development team.

- Foster an agile, collaborative, and customer-centric culture within the team.

- Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations specific to Small and Medium Corporations.
