About the Role
With the launch of a new brand targeting African markets, we are looking for an experienced CRM / Retention Lead Manager. This role is critical for building and executing CRM strategies that drive customer retention, engagement, and monetization across our online casino and betting products.
You will design and implement multi-channel campaigns, analyze user behavior, oversee CRM platforms, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement CRM strategies for casino and betting products.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns with advanced segmentation and personalization.
- Manage loyalty and retention programs tailored to customer segments.
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze user behavior and activity to detect anomalies and premium segments.
- Evaluate campaign performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
- Continuously optimize CRM workflows to improve engagement and LTV.
CRM Platform Management
- Configure and manage CRM tools and marketing automation systems.
- Segment customer databases and design personalized communication flows.
- Ensure proper reporting and performance tracking of campaigns.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, development, and analytics teams.
- Monitor market trends and best practices in iGaming and betting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a CRM Lead / Retention Manager.
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel CRM strategies.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills.
- Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and optimization practices.
- Experience with customer database segmentation and personalized offers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with African markets and understanding local specifics.
- Hands-on experience with Smartico CRM and Customer.io.
- Expertise in loyalty program development and management.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
