🎯 Role Overview
You will work directly with the CEO, supporting daily operations, organizing processes, and handling administrative tasks. This role is like being the CEO’s “second brain”: turning chaos into systems, preparing analytics for decision-making, and ensuring clear communication inside and outside the company.
🧑💻 Hard Skills
- Strong organizational and information structuring skills
- Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Notion, Slack, and task trackers (ClickUp/Trello/HubSpot)
- Comfortable working with numbers: reports, budgets, analytics
- Basic understanding of IT and startups (MVP, difference between design and development)
Ability to write concise and clear texts in English (emails, summaries, client-facing docs)

- Proactivity — sees tasks before they are assigned
- System thinking — prioritization and understanding links between tasks and business goals
- Discipline & reliability — helps CEO stay structured and focused

- Experience as an assistant, office manager, or in an administrative role (student experience also considered)
