Required skills

Experience:

— 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
— 1+ years of SEO experience with a strong focus on e-commerce.
— Experience in managing an Amazon Marketplace account.
— Experience in working with Amazon Advertising Services.

Skills & Knowledge:

— Deep understanding of e-Commerce KPIs.
— Analytical thinking.
— Good skills in reporting both on Amazon and Excel / Google Sheets.
— Systematic thinking.
— Passion for data, metrics & reporting.
— Results-driven and highly motivated to work both independently and in a team.
— Responsible and committed to results.
— Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks with ease.
— Ability to balance between speed and accuracy of to-do accomplishment.

— English: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities

Amazon:

— Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon: product descriptions & details, images, availability, prices updates, product customizations, etc.

— Optimize visual & text content for better SEO rankings and UX: keyword research, titles.

— Working with Flatfiles (creation, editing, and uploading for Amazon listings management).

— Monitor competitors and adjust the approach to ensure our top position as a category leader.

— Work with designers on images for product listings, A+ content & storefront.

— Monitor KPIs and reports on a regular bases, run ad-hoc reports upon request.

— Ensure Amazon account health indicators are within target values.

— Proactively alert production and customer service teams about any issues.

— Collaborate with other marketing team members to align on the tactics across all marketing channels.

— Work with the Customer Support Team to develop the best approaches in responding to customer feedback.

— Conduct necessary actions for launching sales in other countries’ marketplaces.

— Proactively suggest changes & implement new tactics for higher rankings by the Amazon algorithm.

Other marketplaces:

— Launch and maintain sales on new marketplaces (e.g., eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy, etc.) as required.

Will be plus:

— Knowledge of Helium 10, SQP.
