Middle Project Manager (IGaming)

What You Will Do:

• Take full ownership of operational processes within the project, ensuring smooth coordination across all teams
• Support the Head of Operations in managing daily tasks, timelines, and priorities
• Manage and track project status, deadlines, and deliverables in Jira and Confluence
• Coordinate launches of new features, verticals, partnerships, and markets from start to finish
• Prepare documentation, briefs, checklists, and onboarding materials for new processes and projects
• Collect and organize requirements from cross-functional teams and translate them into clear tasks
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners, aligning on deadlines, deliverables, and quality expectations
• Monitor platform integrations (payments, games, bonuses, KYC, etc.) and support UAT testing
• Build and maintain structured knowledge bases, dashboards, and reports for full project transparency
• Identify gaps in current processes and drive process optimization and automation where possible

What Experience Is Important to Us:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the iGaming industry (casino/betting platforms)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience facilitating project rituals (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)
• Solid knowledge of Risk Management and Change Management principles
• Hands-on experience working with Jira and Confluence (preferably at a project admin level)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills — ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working with both internal teams and external partners
• Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Dashboards) — basic formulas and reporting required
• English level B1+

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Lean and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) methodologies
• Previous exposure to OKR frameworks (Objectives & Key Results)
• Experience coordinating integrations related to payments, KYC, or bonus systems
