Why are we looking for a Support Specialist?
We have an internal PWA product used by media buyers, R&D, creatives, and end-users. As we actively scale, we need someone who can quickly respond to incidents, assist with technical and user issues, test basic bugs, and act as the first “line of defense” in case of instability or errors.
Role Objectives
- Ensure smooth product operation through fast response to requests
- Reduce workload from tech integrators and developers by handling routine/repetitive tasks
- Increase satisfaction of users and media buyers
Keep the knowledge base and PWA service documentation up to date
Responsibilities
- Receive and triage requests (Telegram / CRM / Notion) from the team and users
- Verify bugs, reproduce errors, and log them
- Communicate with the tech team: forward bug reports, provide feedback, clarify timelines
- Maintain knowledge base (FAQ, guides, quick fixes)
- Monitor the status of key service components
- Assist with launching new GEOs, landings, and approaches
Support media buyers and R&D team with product-related questions
Requirements
- Understanding of how web applications, trackers, redirects, and pixels work
- Ability to test hypotheses and “reproduce a bug” without panic
- Strong communication, structured thinking, and logging skills
- Confident user of Telegram, Google Sheets, Notion
- Bonus: experience in support/QA for affiliate, PWA, or digital products
Basic English — enough to navigate interfaces and documentation
