What You Will Do

Drive acquisition via PPC & SEO affiliate sources (focus on Tier-1 & Tier-2 GEOs).

Manage and grow affiliate relationships, optimize ROI across campaigns.

Analyze traffic performance (CR, ROI, LTV, Retention) and identify scaling opportunities.

Collaborate with our in-house marketing & product teams to launch exclusive promotions and custom landing pages.

Test new traffic strategies with dedicated budget freedom.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in affiliate management in iGaming (casino vertical preferred).

Strong expertise in PPC (Google Ads, UAC, native, etc.) and SEO traffic sources.

Proven track record of scaling affiliate campaigns with measurable ROI.

Negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work independently.

Good English (other languages are a plus).
