We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager who runs the show in product development. This isn’t about checking boxes, it’s about owning the full product development ecosystem, keeping all gears turning, and making sure every campaign, launch, and deliverable hits the mark.

You’ll be the one person who sees the full picture, connects the dots, and ensures speed, alignment, and execution across all teams that touch the product development lifecycle. While optimising the “now”, we’re building the next generation of internal tools, automations, and growth platforms—and we’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to drive it all forward.

The Role

This isn’t about managing Jira tickets and waiting for dev updates. This is full-spectrum product and project ownership—driving cross-functional execution, aligning stakeholders, and turning product vision into live, scalable systems.

You’ll act as the critical bridge between marketing, product, engineering, and leadership—ensuring projects move fast, stay focused, and ship without drama.

• End-to-end product execution - from scoping and sprint planning to launch and post-mortems.
• Technical coordination - aligning devs, product owners, and stakeholders across initiatives.
• Project systems - designing workflows, boards, and dashboards that track real progress.
• Speed & quality control - shipping fast without sacrificing clarity or stability.
• Cross-team alignment - ensuring design, data, marketing, and tech all pull in the same direction.

• Priority setting - keeping everyone focused on what actually moves the needle.
