HR Business Partner

Newxel is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP).

 

Our main goal is to find a specialist who works in a hybrid setting, with some days visiting the Kyiv or Warsaw office. However, we are also open to considering a full-time remote work option.

As an HRBP, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, promoting employee engagement and talent development while cultivating solid client relationships. You will oversee team growth initiatives and encourage an inclusive workplace culture, emphasising transparency, trust, and confidentiality.

We seek a proactive professional with a sharp eye for detail and a strong passion for handling HR processes. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in managing internal HR functions and client interactions. Your responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their HR needs and expectations are met
  • Provide regular updates to clients on HR initiatives, progress, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Drive talent development initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management
  • Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance employee capabilities
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including collecting required documents, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have necessary tools and resources
  • Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, return of company property, and final paperwork
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering or talent management and employee engagement
  • Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic industry (e.g., tech, consulting, or startups)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to align HR practices with business goals
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems, such as HRIS platforms or performance management software
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • At least upper-intermediate level of English
