DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives in automation, enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, and wants to work on diverse projects for fast-growing startups across the US.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud providers, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and scripting, with a passion for continuous improvement.

Objectives of this Role

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructures.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate product delivery.
• Ensure environments are stable, secure, and cost-effective across development, staging, and production.
• Automate repetitive processes to increase reliability and efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support deployments and performance goals.

   

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

• Build, monitor, and maintain CI/CD solutions for multiple projects.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of infrastructure.
• Maintain and support cloud-based environments (GCP, Azure, or similar).
• Administer Kubernetes clusters, Docker environments, and related tooling.
• Conduct security monitoring and implement best practices.

• Work with development teams to troubleshoot and optimize services.

   

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, Azure).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar).
• CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).

• English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
