Business Analyst / Product Owner

Job Description

 

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and proven hands-on experience integrating ADP and Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring delivery of scalable solutions.

This role requires both functional and technical understanding: ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, as well as oversee the integration of enterprise systems (HR, payroll, CRM). The candidate will work directly with stakeholders to optimize processes, improve reporting, and deliver business value through modern technologies.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI, SQL Server).
  • Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now (or similar modules), including HR, payroll, and compliance processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including API integrations, data flows, and reporting.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Integration Architect, or Developer) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, connectors, middleware).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to document requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows).
  • Ability to work with time overlap until at least 3 PM EST (23.00 Kyiv time).

     

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enterprise solutions on the Microsoft stack.
  • Define and maintain product roadmap and priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Drive and oversee integration projects with ADP and Salesforce platforms.
  • Support data migration, reporting, and process automation initiatives.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are reflected in delivered solutions.
  • Contribute to defining long-term architecture and process improvement initiatives.
