Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager at TheOne, you will be responsible for driving high-quality user acquisition through paid, partnership, and other types of campaigns, as well as working on user retention. You will manage the full performance marketing cycle: from channel selection and campaign setup to optimization, analytics, and scaling. The role also involves marketing funnel creation, experimenting with new growth channels, and tailoring messaging for crypto-native audiences. This position requires hands-on experience in crypto performance marketing and a proven track record of scaling campaigns for trading apps, exchanges (CEX/DEX), crypto wallets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Funnel Building & Growth Hacking: Design user acquisition funnels, generate hypotheses, and implement innovative mechanics to accelerate growth.
  • Traffic Acquisition: Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across different marketing channels like paid ads, social media, and crypto-specific channels.
  • Audience Targeting: Define, segment, and test audiences to improve relevance and conversion rates.
  • Messaging & Creatives: Develop and adapt ad creatives and campaign messaging tailored to Web3 users and communities.
  • Partnerships & Co-Marketing: Build and manage relationships with external partners, negotiate and align collaboration opportunities, and execute co-marketing campaigns to expand reach and user growth.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize campaigns for lower CAC, higher retention and ROMI.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on crypto market trends, ad platform policies, and competitive strategies.

     

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in dedicated crypto marketing management roles
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns for trading apps, exchanges (CEX/DEX), and crypto wallets
  • Data-driven approach and experience with campaign analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of crypto user behavior, market dynamics, and trading flows
  • Ability to craft and adapt messaging for both crypto-native and mainstream audiences
  • Strong knowledge of the crypto market and the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework across different crypto user segments
  • English level B2โ€“C1 (both written and spoken)
