Middle+ Business Analyst

DeepX is seeking an experienced Middle+ Business Analyst to transform customer needs into actionable product requirements and vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, experience with BA documentation and wireframing, and the ability to work effectively within an agile development process. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating closely with development and design teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
What we are looking for:
 

• Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies
• Experience working in Slack, JIRA, Google Suite
• Experience in creating BA documents (Feature List, FRS/FSD, SRS/SRD, Business Requirements)
• Wireframing experience (Balsamiq, Figma, Moqups, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, UXPin, etc.) Familiarity with any tool from the list is acceptable.
• Experience using BA techniques (prototyping, SWOT & MOST analysis, UML, BPM, use case modeling)
• Ability to gather business requirements via interviewing the customers and analysing the existing documentation
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding
  Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI (not hands-on coding).
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements for AI/ML solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with Data Scientists/ML Engineers to ensure business needs align with technical feasibility.
  • Strong understanding of data quality, bias, and ethical considerations in AI systems.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with AI-focused tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, TensorBoard, MLFlow, or similar) from a business/user perspective.
• (nice to have) Knowledge of web, iOS, Android, ML and Computer Vision development specifics

Responsibilities:
 

• Gather and analyze requirements from clients, transforming their needs into an actionable product vision.
•  Translate client business needs into requirements.
•  Define data requirements and work with data teams to assess data availability, quality, and readiness.
• Ensure requirements include explainability, compliance, and ethical considerations for AI solutions.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, developers, and data/AI teams to ensure alignment and realistic expectations.
• Create and maintain documentation (BRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
• Describe business processes and prepare diagrams (BPMN/UML, mind maps) to provide direction to the development team.
• Collaborate with the development and design teams to clarify and refine requirements.
• Participate in demos and client meetings.
• Work directly with development teams as part of the agile development process.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing reports and planning.

• Improve product quality and development processes by tracking and fixing product deficiencies in the production environment.
