We’re currently looking for a Head of SEO who’s ready to take ownership of the SEO function — from audits and strategy to implementation and team management
What you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting SEO audits of company websites;
- Build and execute a measurable SEO strategy with clear priorities, resources, and KPIs;
- Preparing and managing the implementation of technical SEO tasks in collaboration with the Dev team;
- Preparing SEO content briefs for landing pages and blogs;
- Competitor research and identifying growth opportunities;
- Monitoring keyword rankings, visibility, and organic traffic;
- Managing and expanding a team of SEO specialists (currently 3 Junior and 1 Middle SEOs): setting tasks, monitoring implementation, development, and mentoring;
- Proactively generating new ideas and hypotheses — we love initiative!
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably product companies);
- Experience in multilingual projects;
- Strong background in optimizing service pages and working with SEO content;
- Confident use of Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4;
- Experience with technical SEO audits and implementation of improvements;
- Proven work with English-language websites (Tier-1 GEOs);
- Experience in building internal processes and working with KPIs;
- Experience working with copywriters and developers (task setting and QA);
- Understanding of basics of AI website optimization;
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in proxy/VPN/Web Scraping/Developer Tools niches;
- Ability to write technical documentation;
- English at B2+ level.
