Requirements
Key Skills — Must Have
- Google Workspace Administration (including certification)
- Microsoft Active Directory
- PowerShell scripting for automation and system tasks
- VDI image creation and maintenance (VMware)
- PXE image building and maintenance
- Strong focus on user experience and worker productivity
- Experience with Tanium endpoint management
- Hands-on PBX/VoIP administration, ideally with FreePBX
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AWS environments
- Familiarity with application servers and deployment processes
- Shell scripting (e.g., Bash)

Job responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Google Workspace and Active Directory environments
- Automate system operations and administrative tasks using PowerShell
- Create and maintain VDI images and support PXE-based deployments
- Monitor, support, and improve user experience and end-user productivity tools
- Support and maintain the FreePBX VoIP platform and ensure communication system availability
- Leverage Tanium to monitor and manage endpoints across the organization
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot system and performance issues
- Assist in performance tuning and capacity planning for VDI and infrastructure
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to the knowledge base
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the role
- Support internal teams and projects with strong communication and prioritization skills
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
