Middle HR/Recruiter

We’re seeking a Middle HR/Recruiter to lead talent acquisition and drive people strategy end-to-end. You’ll own recruiting, onboarding, performance and development programs, and company-wide engagement—partnering with leadership to scale teams, elevate manager capability, and build a high-trust, high-performance culture.

 

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong pipeline of talent
  • Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth and structured onboarding experience and device logistics for new hires, helping them integrate quickly into the team and culture
  • Performance Management: Coordinate company-wide performance review cycles, including evaluations and salary reviews; run periodic pulse surveys and partner on retention initiatives
  • Employee Motivation & Culture Projects: Lead ad-hoc initiatives such as motivation assessments, internal feedback loops, and seasonal programs (e.g., New Year merch).
  • Employee Engagement: Organize engagement initiatives, including cross-functional events and culture-building activities to strengthen collaboration and morale.
  • HR Compliance: Maintain HR procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with data protection, access control, and regulatory standards
  • SOC 2 Readiness: Collaborate with relevant teams to support the HR aspects of SOC 2 certification, including structured documentation, data access control, and process mapping.
  • Global Team Coordination: Ensure smooth collaboration across time zones and cultures, supporting team scaling on multiple continents.
  • Leadership Development: Support the Middle Management program, maintaining resources and onboarding tracks for team leaders
  • Offboarding: Oversee the offboarding process, conducting structured exit interviews and preparing post-exit insights

 

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR & recruitment 3+ years
  • English level B2+
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices and applicable labor laws
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with HR software, tools, and documentation management
  • Experience working in a distributed team across continents (ideally US + EET)
  • Proven track record of scaling HR processes in a growing organization
  • Proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture
