Lead Generation Manager

We build AI-powered SaaS tools that understand, discover, and recommend scientific papers and experts. For the past 8 years, we've helped businesses and academic institutions stay at the cutting edge of research. We have more than 50 clients, including Europe's largest scientific funding agencies, top-10 scientific publishers, and universities.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years in lead generation.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
    • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and search tools.
    • Experience with lead search and validation using Sales Navigator.
    • Knowledge of outreach automation tools (e.g., LinkedHelper).
    • Experience working with mass mailing campaigns (e.g., Apollo).
    • Experience working with European and Northern American markets
  • Skills:
    • Ability to determine outbound lead generation strategies.
    • Proficient in market research to identify ideal client profiles.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Identify potential partners, new acquisition channels, and opportunities.
    • Lead several campaigns at once, track and optimize their conversion rates.
    • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager.
    • Follow pre-built processes efficiently.
  • Other:
    • Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency.
    • Ability to maintain professional and polite written communication with business customers.
    • Quick learner, result-oriented and disciplined.
