Account manager
Turbo Stars — is a multi-product iGaming ecosystem created to provide fast, high-quality solutions for partners who want to open gaming platforms with hyped instant games and customizable sportsbook. Responsibilities
— Develop and implement an account management strategy together with the team to ensure maximum partner satisfaction
— Serve as the primary point of contact for partners to maintain and strengthen relationships
— Support partner launches on our B2B solution
— Identify upselling opportunities and pitch them to the partner together with the sales team
— Track partner performance on a daily basis
— Identify performance pitfalls and address them with the partner
— Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure effective communication and realisation of partners’ requests
— Take control over partner invoicing
— Take ownership of account performance and partner satisfaction, and ensure objectives are consistently met
Key requirements
— 2+ years of account management experience in the gambling industry; At least 1 year experience in iGaming platform
— English level B2+
— Experience with CRM systems, Jira, Google products, and Excel (a basic understanding of Figma or Photoshop is a plus)
— Ability to argue and defend one’s point of view, conduct negotiations correctly
— Experience in handling objections and conflict resolution
— Ability to quickly find answers to any questions within the team
— Ability to work efficiently with large amounts of information
Would be a plus:
— Experience in B2B iGaming platform account management
