- You’ll need to overlap with US working hours for at least 2−3 hours daily.
- Strong English skills are a must!
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs
- Source top candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assess talent
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in IT recruiting
- Experience sourcing in Latin America
- Familiarity with top recruiting tools
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Ability to multitask like a pro
- A great eye for talent
