Outbound Marketing Manager / GTM Expert

We're looking for a hands-on marketer who likes trying new things, learns quickly, and takes charge of their work. You should be curious, good with numbers, and know how to use AI tools to work smarter. Good talking and writing skills are a must, along with being able to handle several projects at once. You'll do well here if you work independently, stay organized, and enjoy working with our team and partners to create successful campaigns.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and run outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
  • Segment and manage contacts in the CRM
  • Write copy for outreach sequences
  • Maintain and improve outbound infrastructure
  • Build dashboards and reports to track results
  • Manage contractors for marketing projects
  • Optimize workflows with AI tools

 

What We Expect

  • 2+ years in outbound or B2B marketing
  • Experience with segmentation and CRM management
  • Strong skills in copywriting for outreach
  • Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables)
  • Familiarity with AI tools for daily tasks
  • Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects
