UX/UI Designer

We are an international developer of IT products for medicine and related services. Our products are used by more than 5,000 doctors and more than 1,000 clinics in Europe.

The goal is to attract the largest possible audience to the main projects - clinics and doctors up to 3 million. As well as expanding unique traffic to 10 million per day until 2025. We are looking for a teammate , not just a unit to join our team:

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial UI/UX experience with a portfolio showcasing CRM/Enterprise interfaces and large content-driven websites (tables, filters, complex forms, dashboards).
  • Pixel-perfect design: 8-pt/4-pt grid, typographic scale, spacing/baseline, retina-ready assets, control states.
  • Information architecture & user scenarios: user flows, sitemaps, wireframes → hi-fi mockups; ability to rationally simplify complex user journeys.
  • User Stories & DoR: ability to write user stories (As a… I want… so that…) with clear Acceptance Criteria (including non-functional: accessibility, performance, security). Creating and applying Definition of Ready (DoR) for UX tasks: goal/value, personas/scenarios, scope/out-of-scope, dependencies & risks, constraints (technical/legal), mockups/prototypes, acceptance criteria, success metrics, approvals.
  • Dev handoff: detailed developer specifications (grids/breakpoints, tokens, states: default/hover/focus/active/disabled/error/loading/skeleton, empty/edge cases), content limits, responsive design rules.

Nice to have

  • Accessibility (A11y): knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA practices (contrast, keyboard navigation, focus management, alt text, readability), collaboration with developers on ARIA.
  • Figma (incl. FigJam): Auto Layout, Components/Variants, Variables (design tokens), Component Properties, styles, libraries, prototyping, Dev Mode/Inspect.
  • Corporate design system management end-to-end (tokens, library, documentation).
  • Frontend understanding (HTML/CSS, Grid/Flexbox, basic component-based principles) — to ensure accurate handoff and feasibility assessment.
  • A/B testing & experimentation: hypothesis formulation, basic interpretation of results.
