About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Analyst who will interact with different development teams and business stakeholders under the guidance of a senior BA. Who We Are
Our RnD department consists of ten teams developing CRM, marketing tools, CMS, payment solutions, and other systems. Business analysts play a key role in gathering requirements, describing business processes, and ensuring communication between the business and development teams. We actively support the growth of junior specialists, providing mentorship and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT.
- At least 1 year of experience as a PM / PM Assistant / Business Analyst.
- Basic knowledge of business analysis principles and understanding of requirement gathering processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to clearly express ideas both verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
- Ability to transform business needs into clear specifications and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team, working on ongoing projects.
- High level of responsibility and result orientation.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings together with a senior analyst; document business needs and problems; assist in preparing initial requirement descriptions.
- Document analysis results in the form of notes, tables, requirement lists; assist in creating business documentation (BRD, FDD, User Stories, Use Cases, manuals, etc.).
- Describe business processes, model and visualize current or target processes using BPMN notation with tools like Miro, Draw.io.
- Collaborate with team members (developers, testers, project managers) to clarify details; participate in daily and weekly meetings.
- Contribute to training materials and supporting documentation; respond to typical user questions together with more experienced analysts.
