Strong Junior BA Business Analyst

Milla Nova – a world-renowned bridal fashion brand – is looking for a Business Analyst for e-commerce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and processes for e-commerce projects (official website, marketplaces, data import/export, internal services).
2. Implement and support e-commerce solutions, integrate plugins, set up synchronizations and data exchange.
3. Write and formalize technical requirements for development tasks.
4. Collaborate with developers and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Test developed software and prepare user guides.
6. Conduct trainings and provide user support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
• English level: Intermediate+ or higher.
• Knowledge of data import/export processes and system integration.
• Familiarity with BPMN and functional requirements documentation.
• Understanding of Agile and SDLC.
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Jira, Google Docs.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsibility.
• Teamwork and time-management skills.
