Renormalize is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup helping remote and hybrid teams track performance, optimize time, and boost motivation with KPIs and gamification. Our clients achieve up to 30% more productivity in the first 3 months. With 10+ paying clients, 40+ pilots, and patents pending, we are scaling quickly and looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager (Go-to-Market Engineer) to accelerate growth.
 

Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven marketer with SaaS experience to help us design, execute, and optimize our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact role where you will own growth initiatives that directly drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
 

Initially, this role will start with a paid consultation project to review our current GTM strategy and growth opportunities. If there is a good fit, we’ll extend it into a long-term, full-time position.
 

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Renormalize in target markets (Europe, US, LatAm).
  • Develop and run multi-channel acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, content, partnerships).
  • Optimize sales funnels & lead generation processes for SMB and mid-sized SaaS buyers.
  • Analyze data & metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize CAC/LTV, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the founders to align marketing, sales, and product positioning.
  • Build and manage content strategy (case studies, blog posts, decks, whitepapers).
  • Experiment with growth loops, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Support fundraising efforts with pitch & investor marketing assets.

     

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in SaaS marketing/growth roles (B2B preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of growing revenue and scaling SaaS products.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS buyer journeys, ICPs, and unit economics.
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy, performance marketing, and lead generation.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing & sales metrics.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
  • Portfolio of past SaaS projects and growth cases is required.

     

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/EdTech/HRTech SaaS products.
  • Exposure to international markets (Europe, US, LatAm).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, or similar tools.
