Sourcer/IT Recruiter

Currently we are looking for a Sourcer/IT Recruiter.

Requirements:
 

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment and/or sourcing;
• English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Good understanding of IT market specifics and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, etc.);
• Basic experience conducting HR interviews and initial candidate assessments;
• Hands-on experience with HRM systems (e.g., PeopleForce) will be a plus;
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets);
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to learning and growth.

Responsibilities:
 

• Active sourcing of IT specialists (developers, testers, DevOps, analysts, etc.) through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking;
• Pre-screening candidates, assessing general fit and motivation;
• Supporting hiring manager in the interview and selection process;
• Keeping the candidate database up to date, building and maintaining pipelines;
• Ensuring timely communication and feedback to candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience;
• Preparing simple recruitment reports and tracking key metrics;
• Monitoring IT labor market trends, supporting salary research;
• Contributing ideas to improve sourcing and recruitment processes.
