Lead Generation Manager

Join our team as a Lead Generation Manager!

You will be responsible for building effective outbound campaigns, researching and developing new sales opportunities, establishing initial contact with prospective customers, setting up calls with potential customers through both inbound/outbound methods, and transferring MQLs/SQLs to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating business leads the inbound/outbound way
  • Attracting and converting prospects into leads
  • Building up effective communications with prospects via social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Search and analyse information on potential or existing customers and markets
  • Working with cold email automation tools
  • Working with CRM daily
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to deliver the Lead Generation plans
  • Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within the focus markets and target companies
  • Organisation and supporting Road Show
  • Set up calls with potential customers
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Lead Generation in IT is a must🟣
  • Upper-Intermediate English and higher is a must🟣
  • Proven LinkedIn lead generation experience
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and strategies
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Understanding the negotiation and sales process
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail: ability to find the right information
  • Self-organisation and time management skills
