Role: Project Manager

The Project

Our core domain is Healthcare, although we also work in FinTech, eCommerce, Entertainment, and other industries. We develop solutions that improve lives and create meaningful impact.

Tech requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
   
• Strong multitasking skills
   
• Knowledge of best practices from PMBOK
   
• Experience working with foreign clients
   
• Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and decisiveness
   
• Commitment and sense of responsibility
   
• Proactive approach, ability to identify and address issues
   
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
   
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and ability to choose the right approach based on project needs
   
• Advanced English level (at least Upper-Intermediate), both written and spoken, with ability to use formal communication style
   
• Hands-on experience with project management tools
• Experience working with project documentation (RACI, project charter, risk management plan etc.)
• Experience with full budgeting on the project

Nice to have:

• Experience managing fixed-price projects
   
• Experience in the presale phase
   
• Experience with upselling to clients

What you will do:

• Manage and coordinate software development projects from initiation to successful delivery
   
• Monitor task completion, team workload, and remove roadblocks
   
• Track project progress, limitations, and deliverables in line with baselines
   
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, gather feedback, and align on expectations
   
• Collect requirements, break them down into actionable tasks, and set priorities
   
• Organize and maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation
   
• Estimate and plan project costs, schedules, and resources
   
• Perform effective people management and stakeholder management
   
• Motivate, monitor, and support the project team
