Manual Middle QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, your main mission is to lead quality assurance efforts, ensuring our software’s functionality, usability, reliability, and performance align perfectly with business and customer needs.

What you will do:
 

• Conduct and lead different types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and exploratory testing.
• Design and maintain scalable test documentation ( test cases, checklists, test data).
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis for defects and drive continuous improvements in product quality.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure requirements are testable and meet quality standards.
• Investigate urgent customer issues and drive resolution in collaboration with support and development teams.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, share expertise in testing techniques and tools
• Contribute to improving QA processes and testing strategy
• Participate in regular QA syncs, planning sessions, and product demos

Requirements:
 

• 2+ years of experience in software testing, including complex web applications.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and SDLC/STLC.
• Solid experience with test management systems and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, TestRail).
• Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
• Good understanding of databases (SQL) for test data validation.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Intermediate written and spoken English.
• High level of self-organization, attention to detail, and ability to take ownership of quality processes.
