We are looking for Email Deliverability CRM Operations Specialist which key responsibilities include advanced diagnostics and strategic analysis of the email environment (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS configuration, blacklist monitoring), proactive reputation management, close collaboration with marketing teams, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting.

 

      Responsibilities:

  • Deliverability & Technical Operations
  • Monitor and improve email deliverability metrics across transactional and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct technical audits (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, IP reputation, blacklist checks) and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage SMTP setups (Mailgun, SendGrid, etc.) and ensure their optimal performance.
  • Oversee domain and IP reputation management, IP warming, and DNS configuration.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other global email marketing regulations.
  • Manage and optimize CRM processes within Smartico.
  • Build and optimize segmentation strategies to increase engagement and sender reputation.
  • Identify key metrics, monitor trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance and compliance reports using analytics tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).

     

    Key Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in email deliverability, CRM operations, or ESP management.
  • Experience with Smartico CRM or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Mailgun, SendGrid, or custom SMTP setups.
  • Strong understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC protocols, DNS configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with deliverability tools (Folderly, Warmy, GlockApps, mail-tester, etc.).
  • Knowledge of segmentation, engagement metrics, and audience lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
